Anna Angel is Counsel at Miller Mayer, LLP. Anna began her career in immigration law in 2006 as a paralegal. As an attorney, she has practiced primarily in the field of employment-based immigration since 2012. Her practice focuses on business immigration matters, representing employers that pursue permanent residency and nonimmigrant sponsorship for foreign national employees. Her clients include universities, multinational corporations, healthcare providers, IT firms, and start-ups. She advises extensively on permanent residency through PERM and multinational manager petitions as well as temporary visa classifications, including TN, H-1B, H-1B1, L, E-3, E-2, O, P, F/J, and B. She also represents individuals seeking classification as Extraordinary Ability & National Interest Waiver immigrants as well as Investors through the EB-5 program. Further, she prepares family-based green card filings and naturalization applications on behalf of individual clients. Anna is a proud double Cornellian and speaks Spanish fluently.
